Later, in the year 1983, the Government of Madhya Pradesh renamed the University of Jabalpur as Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya. The name for the university is a tribute to Rani Durgavati. Rani Durgavati was a beautiful and brave warrior. She had a great leadership quality and administration skill. Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya offers various courses in the field of science, Humanity, and Management. The University provides various facilities such as Computer centre, hostel facility, cultural cell, guest house, central library, skill development centre and many more such facilities.

RDVV Application Formalities:

First, the application for entrance can be received online. You need to pay an approximate amount of Rs: 330/-. Read the application carefully. Second, fill in the required information. That is Name, Date of birth, community, cast, religion etc. Third, fill in the address details. Fourth, continue filling the education details, along with is marks & percentage. Conclude the application, by an acknowledgement. Don’t forget to sign the application along with the date. Then you will receive an admission card. You need to appear for the entrance test. Once every thing is done, you will have to submit the required documents. They are:

  • 10th/12th Mark Sheet
  • Community Certificate
  • Recent pass port size photograph
  • ID proof.

 Finally, after all the process, if you are a deserving candidate, you will be offered with the admission in the university.
